One of Go Ahead Eagles:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pagos FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Scarafia Ghost, was totally fooled by Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal, who 4 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Amorebieta in the 7th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Pagos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Bâru came free, but Manuel Campens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuralp Akbal came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Scarafia Ghost could save by the left post. In the 15th minute, Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Scarafia Ghost. Scarafia Ghost yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Scarafia Ghost was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francisco Montae showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. Manuel Campens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Gonçalves in the 22nd minute of the match. Manuel Campens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Bâru in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Iustin Bâru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Campens was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Bâru in the 36th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pagos FC's Manuel Campens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Bâru in the 40th minute of play. Vural Akyol kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Vural Akyol hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Mircea Teodor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Campens came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru. But to his dismay, Iustin Bâru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuralp Akbal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Iustin Bâru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Campens was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 57thth minute of the game Nuralp Akbal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Nuralp Akbal came free, but Scarafia Ghost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Campens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Amorebieta in the 60th minute of the match. Manuel Campens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Bâru, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Scarafia Ghost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 67th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Amorebieta in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Campens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute Jason Statham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scarafia Ghost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustin Bâru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Manuel Campens made a huge save. Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuralp Akbal struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Scarafia Ghost didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pagos FC. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Scarafia Ghost, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Nuralp Akbal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Scarafia Ghost. Go Ahead Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuralp Akbal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pagos FC had won after a very even match.
