The tension between the Nokka IFK and the Kääpä FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nokka IFK's Jussi Kankaanpää got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Iikka Kuparinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 minutes, Aarre Kallio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kääpä FC's Topi Vikström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Nokka IFK's Timo Pietikäinen in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kääpä FC's goalie prevented a goal. Topi Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Pietikäinen in the 14th minute of play. Aarre Kallio struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Topi Vikström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nokka IFK. In the 19th minute, Tero Heikkinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20thth minute of the game Aarre Kallio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kääpä FC's Topi Vikström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Seppo Sauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Jussi Kankaanpää sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kääpä FC's Topi Vikström didn't even have to move. Timo Pietikäinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Topi Vikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timo Pietikäinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aarre Kallio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Topi Vikström having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timo Pietikäinen in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Topi Vikström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Aadolf Kananen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sakari Puikkonen, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 41 minutes, Timo Pietikäinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nokka IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timo Pietikäinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aarre Kallio came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Nokka IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aarre Kallio couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the match, Kääpä FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aarre Kallio came free, but Topi Vikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aarre Kallio made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Aarre Kallio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nokka IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aarre Kallio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Topi Vikström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Topi Vikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aarre Kallio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 65 minutes in the game, Aarre Kallio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Topi Vikström having to interfere. Topi Vikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aarre Kallio in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nokka IFK's goalkeeper Sakari Puikkonen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sakari Puikkonen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aadolf Kananen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Valto Jämsänen fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nokka IFK's protests and gave Valto Jämsänen a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Nokka IFK got a freekick which was hit by Valto Jämsänen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aadolf Kananen in the 74th minute of play forced Nokka IFK's goalkeeper Sakari Puikkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Timo Pietikäinen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nokka IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Timo Pietikäinen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Topi Vikström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kääpä FC booed when Nokka IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jussi Kankaanpää didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nokka IFK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
