Spectators: 8474 (Terracing: 6409, Seating: 1950, VIP seats: 115) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aki Multaharju got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esa Tuomisalo got free with Aarno Rantanen in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aarno Rantanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esa Tuomisalo in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kerkko Kolsi in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aarno Rantanen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kerkko Kolsi got free with Aarno Rantanen in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Keijo Loukonen hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Eetu Rantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sulho Järvenpää saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Puromäki's Valto Kevari got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Ilmo Vatanen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sulho Järvenpää showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 25th minute of the game Ossian Suominen made a throw-in which Jyrki Pölönen played forward. Puromäki made a substitution. Taavetti Sairanen replaced Gabriel Tähtinen. Gabriel Tähtinen kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Taavetti Sairanen lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Puromäki:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arrakoski FC:s goal. After a rather tough play, Arrakoski FC's Toni Lyytikäinen got a free kick in the 41st minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kerkko Kolsi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antti Kantola came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sulho Järvenpää could save by the left post. 55 minutes into the game, Esa Tuomisalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puromäki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrakoski FC the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Puromäki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esa Tuomisalo to maneuver through the defense. Aarno Rantanen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerkko Kolsi in the 58th minute of the match. When Arrakoski FC's Keijo Loukonen in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Puromäki booed when Arrakoski FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keijo Loukonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kerkko Kolsi scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aarno Rantanen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kerkko Kolsi hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Puromäki's Sulho Järvenpää played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keijo Loukonen in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Paul Valkama ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aarno Rantanen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Puromäki were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arrakoski FC for a fine match.
