In the 3rdth minute of the game Raimo Viinanen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajax's Lauri Markkanen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lauri Markkanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimo Viinanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimo Viinanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauri Markkanen having to interfere. Sulevi Saastamoinen kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Lauri Markkanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimo Viinanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Raimo Viinanen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lauri Markkanen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 30 minutes, Raimo Viinanen made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Ajax's Lauri Markkanen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 33 played minutes Lähemäen Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Rikhard Järventie. The Lähemäen Dynamo fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Lähemäen Dynamo's Raimo Viinanen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Juha Kuusela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauri Markkanen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Raimo Viinanen took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lauri Markkanen. Lauri Markkanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Lähemäen Dynamo's Roope Nurmi got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niko Lehto made a kick off. Rami Hati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jesse Hautaoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rami Hati didn't quite understand what happened when in the 59 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Rami Hati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jesse Hautaoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauri Markkanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimo Viinanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rikhard Järventie kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Raimo Viinanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauri Markkanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimo Viinanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Rami Hati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ajax's Lauri Markkanen got control of the ball when Roope Nurmi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Raimo Viinanen came free, but Lauri Markkanen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-8 became the score in the 97th minute when Raimo Viinanen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lähemäen Dynamo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
