Sven Vilbaste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Nöps having to interfere. Heldur Luuse was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 15 minutes, Kaspar Vallik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Moscow's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaspar Vallik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mikk Äss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CSKA Moscow's Holger Hallast played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikk Äss in the 23rd minute of play. Oskar Lääne hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kaspar Vallik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Emil Nöps made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Mikk Äss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Haanja FS's Emil Nöps got control of the ball when Kaspar Vallik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaspar Vallik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the game, CSKA Moscow's Kaspar Vallik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Nöps made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikk Äss in the 44th minute of play forced CSKA Moscow's goalkeeper Holger Hallast to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holger Hallast made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uku Lokko in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikk Äss made a kick off. If Heldur Luuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Haanja FS's Jaanek Ani got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Heldur Luuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, CSKA Moscow's Holger Hallast got control of the ball when Uku Lokko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Nöps stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaspar Vallik's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Heldur Luuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Emil Nöps tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Haanja FS's Uku Lokko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Holger Hallast narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heldur Luuse in the 82nd minute of play forced Haanja FS's goalkeeper Emil Nöps to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heldur Luuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kaspar Vallik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Emil Nöps tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heldur Luuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Nöps having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaspar Vallik in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Nöps prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CSKA Moscow were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Haanja FS for a fine match.
