The Karlova fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martti Kont should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikk Nuiaots in the 19th minute of play forced Suislepa's goalkeeper Benno Berendsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Sale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Martti Kont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georg Aav charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georg Aav the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Suislepa booed when Karlova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Aav didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martti Kont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Aaslo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karlova's Martti Kont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Aaslo in the 26th minute of play. Hugo Sale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Martti Kont made a huge save. Hugo Sale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Martti Kont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 31 in the game by Hugo Sale from a close distance when the talented Martti Kont managed to make a qualified save. Karlova's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Suislepa's Jonas Aaslo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Martti Kont. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. If Jonas Aaslo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikk Nuiaots stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martti Kont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Sale in the 58th minute of play. Mikk Nuiaots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benno Berendsen having to interfere. If Jonas Aaslo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martti Kont didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Suislepa's Hugo Sale shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. If Jonas Aaslo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Jonas Aaslo sped through Karlova's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martti Kont. Hugo Sale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martti Kont having to interfere. Martti Kont showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Sale in the 78th minute of the match. Suislepa's Benno Berendsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Suislepa from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute of the match Illimar Väester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martti Kont skillfully saved the ball. Jonas Aaslo struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Martti Kont didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suislepa. In the 84th minute, Aivar Jors hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes, Taimo Ida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suislepa and the Karlova players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Suislepa got a freekick which was hit by Taimo Ida. If Mikk Nuiaots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karlova's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
