JK Kohila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of fcmikenike booed when JK Kohila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaino Äike didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eimar Ärsis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ola Toivonen's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by JK Kohila's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kohila's zone, Ola Toivonen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eimar Ärsis came out of the goal and Ola Toivonen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched fcmikenike eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
