Spectators: 6736 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matey Shushev kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Encho Brúnekov got free with Dencho Lesidrenski in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simeon Kertin in the 4th minute of play forced Gidikliy's goalkeeper Krasimir Fandúkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Matey Shushev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gidikliy's Krasimir Fandúkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simeon Kertin in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gidikliy's zone, Simeon Kertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krasimir Fandúkov came out of the goal and Simeon Kertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Matey Shushev came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Garljano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matey Shushev couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the game, Encho Brúnekov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dencho Lesidrenski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute Matey Shushev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krasimir Fandúkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radko Manahilov's late challenge caught a Garljano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radko Manahilov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Radko Manahilov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peyo Arshinkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Matey Shushev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zanko Pútnikov made a kick off. Peyo Arshinkov hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The supporters of Gidikliy booed when Garljano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peyo Arshinkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zanko Pútnikov in the 58th minute of play forced Garljano's goalkeeper Dencho Lesidrenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matey Shushev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Matey Shushev had to leave the field with a concussion. Iskren Toplodolski charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iskren Toplodolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Garljano made a substitution. Zlatan Mishkov replaced Matey Shushev. 75 minutes into the match, Garljano's Zlatan Mishkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Krasimir Fandúkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simeon Kertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, one of Gidikliy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gidikliy. The goalkeeper, Krasimir Fandúkov, was totally fooled by Garljano's Gergin Halvadzhiyski, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Peyo Arshinkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, Garljano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peyo Arshinkov to maneuver through the defense. In the 99th minute of the match Vitko Denov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dencho Lesidrenski skillfully saved the ball. Garljano's Peyo Arshinkov pulled a muscle in his leg after 100 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ikonom Sevdin fell near the penalty area in the 100th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gidikliy's protests and gave Ikonom Sevdin a yellow card for diving instead. Garljano's Dobromir Gazenov was substituted for Peyo Arshinkov. Ikonom Sevdin kicked well hit freekick during the 101st minute of the match. Garljano played a much better game than Gidikliy and deserved their victory. The Gidikliy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
