Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antim Bozev started the match with the kick off. Milan Cholev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Cristoforo Mazzocchetti skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. TennisLovers were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Dechkovtsu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kliment Birazov took the corner. After taking down the ball on TennisLovers's corner Kliment Birazov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristoforo Mazzocchetti quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in TennisLovers's zone, Emil Fedosz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asen Vúrlev came out of the goal and Emil Fedosz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tzeko Angarev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asen Vúrlev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Tzeko Angarev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Asen Vúrlev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boncho Mitziev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cristoforo Mazzocchetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Dechkovtsu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladko Nikolov to maneuver through the defense. Kliment Birazov, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Tzeko Angarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raycho Basmadzhiev's late challenge caught a Dechkovtsu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raycho Basmadzhiev helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, TennisLovers's Raycho Basmadzhiev got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 34th minute Tzeko Angarev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asen Vúrlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raycho Basmadzhiev in the 38th minute of play forced Dechkovtsu's goalkeeper Cristoforo Mazzocchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Antim Bozev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Mazzocchetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dechkovtsu defense, Milan Cholev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristoforo Mazzocchetti. The Dechkovtsu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristoforo Mazzocchetti should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tzeko Angarev to make the kick off. A collision led to TennisLovers getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Raycho Basmadzhiev hit a great ball. Tzeko Angarev might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Asen Vúrlev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tzeko Angarev ran back to his position shaking his head. Vladko Nikolov in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Asen Vúrlev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of TennisLovers booed when Dechkovtsu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trayan Pelovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dechkovtsu's Vladko Nikolov got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristoforo Mazzocchetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antim Bozev in the 69th minute of the match. If Milan Cholev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristoforo Mazzocchetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raycho Basmadzhiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 76 minutes, Neno Kutlev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TennisLovers and the Dechkovtsu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kliment Birazov charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kliment Birazov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Dechkovtsu got a penalty, and Pavel Gotov placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The Dechkovtsu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dechkovtsu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
