Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) FC Pobeda's Ancho Sakarski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CSKA Gancovec's Grigor Santurdzhiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milen Ilchovski in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Yani Piskuliyski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bozhin Rangachev. Yani Piskuliyski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Yani Piskuliyski might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bozhin Rangachev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yani Piskuliyski ran back to his position shaking his head. After 11 played minutes FC Pobeda got a freekick which was hit by Anatoli Deliverski. In the 12th minute of the match Mario Vasilevski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bozhin Rangachev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Panayot Dakov struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Bozhin Rangachev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Gancovec. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ancho Sakarski in the 23rd minute of play forced CSKA Gancovec's goalkeeper Grigor Santurdzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th match minute, CSKA Gancovec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panayot Dakov to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panayot Dakov during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Pobeda's Dido Tzaribrodski got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tzvetomir Mihalkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tzvetomir Mihalkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bozhin Rangachev having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yani Piskuliyski to strike the kick off in the second half. Panayot Dakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Bozhin Rangachev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bozhin Rangachev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yani Piskuliyski in the 60th minute of play. Dido Tzaribrodski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tzvetomir Mihalkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bozhin Rangachev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tzvetomir Mihalkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, one of FC Pobeda:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Pobeda. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for CSKA Gancovec. Mario Vasilevski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bozhin Rangachev. 3-0. Tihomir Gyumyushev hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Yani Piskuliyski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CSKA Gancovec fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Pobeda had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
