Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lazar Drandarov kicked off to start the match. Veselin Beslimov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iskren Sariyski in the 6th minute. With a little luck, OFK Spartak Pleven's Veselin Beslimov got control of the ball when Iskren Sariyski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lazar Drandarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute, Yavor Kúdrev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, FC Dewenzi's Darin Mishaykov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Iskren Sariyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, FC Dewenzi's Tenyo Gadzhov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Veselin Beslimov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Iskren Sariyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veselin Beslimov having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Delyan Belberov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Lazar Drandarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzenko Penchovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radomir Rúsovski's late challenge caught a OFK Spartak Pleven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Rúsovski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, FC Dewenzi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Rúsovski to maneuver through the defense. Vlado Korsachki kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Iskren Sariyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iskren Sariyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veselin Beslimov having to interfere. After 41 minutes of play FC Dewenzi's Presiyan Shaklev was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to FC Dewenzi getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Presiyan Shaklev hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Lazar Drandarov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tzenko Penchovski was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

FC Dewenzi were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after OFK Spartak Pleven's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Darin Mishaykov took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Darin Mishaykov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Veselin Beslimov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slavcho Dzhambov during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 64th minute, when OFK Spartak Pleven's Genadi Kalushkov after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Tzenko Penchovski in FC Dewenzi's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Iskren Sariyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benislav Kolev struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Tzenko Penchovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OFK Spartak Pleven. Ivo Hrisimov kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Iskren Sariyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, OFK Spartak Pleven's Vlado Korsachki got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Iskren Sariyski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veselin Beslimov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iskren Sariyski in the 86th minute of play forced OFK Spartak Pleven's goalkeeper Veselin Beslimov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yavor Kúdrev fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OFK Spartak Pleven's protests and gave Yavor Kúdrev a yellow card for diving instead. Yavor Kúdrev hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Veselin Beslimov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iskren Sariyski's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. There was no doubt that FC Dewenzi were the better team. FC Dewenzi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
