Dragomir Vetov might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evstati Lischev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dragomir Vetov ran back to his position shaking his head. Evstati Lischev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Presiyan Nikitov in the 11th minute of the match. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Salgado bulgaro. 40 minutes into the game, Violet Valentinov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Andon Bogomilov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dragomir Rabakov made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Dragomir Rabakov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salgado bulgaro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dragomir Rabakov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Salgado bulgaro players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
