Yane Bedzhev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yane Bedzhev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valeri Potzkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogomil Pirinchev in the 9th minute of play. Yane Bedzhevs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Valeri Potzkov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Valeri Potzkov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gyuro Sidzhimov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 21st minute, Mirolyub Shirkov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ruzhevo's Valeri Potzkov didn't even have to move. Blagoy Dionisiev kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Ruzhevo's Valeri Potzkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Ruzhevo from getting a goal against them. In the 31stth minute of the game Bogomil Pirinchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ruzhevo's Valeri Potzkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruzhevo's Valeri Potzkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Ruzhevo from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Brunko Zenginov in the 36th minute really tested Valeri Potzkov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Ruzhevo's Yordan Kokoshkov got a free kick in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the game Mirolyub Shirkov kicked a great long shot which passed Valeri Potzkov straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-0. One couldn't see Mirolyub Shirkov behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Yane Bedzhev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Valeri Potzkov made a huge save. Bogomil Pirinchev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeri Potzkov having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Dimitar Vladimirov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogomil Pirinchev to strike the kick off in the second half. Yane Bedzhev scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valeri Potzkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, FC Knjeza's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitar Vladimirov came free, but Temelko Kumchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ruzhevo's zone, Naycho Lekov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valeri Potzkov came out of the goal and Naycho Lekov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Varban Sinigerov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mirolyub Shirkov shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 78th minute, Bogomil Pirinchev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Blagoy Dionisiev came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ruzhevo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blagoy Dionisiev couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nesho Yakovov during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nesho Yakovov kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Yane Bedzhev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valeri Potzkov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 93 minutes of play, FC Knjeza's Slavcho Ruzhin made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valeri Potzkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruzhevo's Valeri Potzkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yane Bedzhev in the 97th minute of play.
