It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 27th minute, but Semavi Tekdoğan got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Hendek hanging dry this time. Akay Satvet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Semavi Tekdoğan made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Okmeydani's Ferdi Vefi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Semavi Tekdoğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Hendek's goalkeeper Semavi Tekdoğan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdi Vefi. Faruk Nafiz Ekemen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Cafer Yıldıray went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Semavi Tekdoğan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 47 in the game by Ferdi Vefi from a close distance when the talented Semavi Tekdoğan managed to make a qualified save. Hendek's players were relieved. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Cafer Yıldıray was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Hendek got a freekick which was hit by Necdet Başdaş. After 52 minutes of play, Okmeydani's Akay Satvet made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Semavi Tekdoğan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Okmeydani's zone, Abdurrahman Oykan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faruk Nafiz Ekemen came out of the goal and Abdurrahman Oykan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Ali Cafer Yıldıray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hendek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Cafer Yıldıray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Akay Satvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Semavi Tekdoğan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdi Vefi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdurrahman Oykan might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faruk Nafiz Ekemen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdurrahman Oykan ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferdi Vefi struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Semavi Tekdoğan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Okmeydani. Akay Satvet ran back to his position shaking his head. Semavi Tekdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Vefi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdurrahman Oykan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faruk Nafiz Ekemen having to interfere. Okmeydani's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
