Cengizhan Mertol scored 2-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Turgay Kuddus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Cengizhan Mertol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ceylanpinar getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Balamir Habiboğlu hit a great ball. Yusuf Şahin charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Turgay Kuddus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Avni İmdat made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ceylanpinar's Cengizhan Mertol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turgay Kuddus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The penalty shot was made by Altuğ İftihar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ceylanpinar's Olcay Demiralp. 3-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nejat Tanalp in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olcay Demiralp saved Ceylanpinar from getting behind. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
