The supporters of Silvan booed when Akcakoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kayacan Yağızbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th match minute, Akcakoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denizhan Aksakal to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süleyman Server in the 22nd minute of play forced Akcakoca's goalkeeper Buğra Aytekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buğra Aytekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şemsettin Kutunalp in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Şemsettin Kutunalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silvan's supporters rose to their feet, but Şemsettin Kutunalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
