Elazig's Ali Behzat Ademoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mete Uğuz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Arda Tutku, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ercüment Tanberk hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Elazig booed when Imamoglu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Yavuzay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elazig's Ercüment Tanberk couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Imamoglu. Elazig's Ali Behzat Ademoğlu suffered a concussion after 16 minutes and had to leave the field. 16 minutes into the game, Mehmet Emre Acunman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imamoglu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elazig the free kick. Mehmet Emre Acunman kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Çağrı Hazer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Behlül Ocakoğlu made a huge save. After 20 played minutes Elazig got a freekick which was hit by Onuralp Tezel. Çağrı Hazer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 22nd playminute. Anıl Arda Tutku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Arda Tutku in the 34th minute of play forced Imamoglu's goalkeeper Mete Uğuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anıl Arda Tutku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mete Uğuz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahadır Ruşeni in the 41st minute of play forced Elazig's goalkeeper Behlül Ocakoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anıl Arda Tutku made a kick off. When Anıl Arda Tutku fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elazig's protests and gave Anıl Arda Tutku a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Elazig getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anıl Arda Tutku hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Elazig defense, Bahadır Ruşeni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Behlül Ocakoğlu. The Elazig fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Behlül Ocakoğlu should have stopped the shot. Çağrı Hazer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behlül Ocakoğlu having to interfere. Bahadır Ruşeni scored 3-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Behlül Ocakoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Anıl Arda Tutku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Anıl Arda Tutku recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mete Uğuz. Anıl Arda Tutku showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Bahadır Ruşeni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Behlül Ocakoğlu having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bahadır Ruşeni in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Behlül Ocakoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bahadır Ruşeni came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Imamoglu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahadır Ruşeni couldn't finish the play. Mete Uğuz made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Anıl Arda Tutku sent off a good shot on target. Imamoglu were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Elazig for a fine match.
