When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Yetkiner Tükelalp took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vedat Sayrak to make any attempt to save it. After 18th play minutes Özgün Sayman shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Vedat Sayrak and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 23rd minute of the match Pekin Bilgiç sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vedat Sayrak skillfully saved the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Levent Ertüze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beyazit's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kocaelispor Kulübü the free kick. In the 27th minute, Levent Ertüze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vedat Sayrak was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Güneş Şemsifer. Yetkiner Tükelalp in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vedat Sayrak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vedat Sayrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgün Sayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Beyazit's goal looked a bit too open when Yetkiner Tükelalp came free, but Vedat Sayrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yetkiner Tükelalp in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vedat Sayrak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yetkiner Tükelalp took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vedat Sayrak. Vedat Sayrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Yetkiner Tükelalp kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute of the match Kocaelispor Kulübü got a corner. Beyazit's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yetkiner Tükelalp ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Kocaelispor Kulübü's Acar Sami to fire away a dangerous shot which Vedat Sayrak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 59 played minutes, Kocaelispor Kulübü's İlbey Açıkgün shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vedat Sayrak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kocaelispor Kulübü reached it. Vedat Sayrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgün Sayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes in the game, Yetkiner Tükelalp dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Alemdar Adışanlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vedat Sayrak having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Yetkiner Tükelalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vedat Sayrak. Beyazit's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yetkiner Tükelalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 71 played minutes Beyazit got a freekick which was hit by Vehdi Somer. Caner Ahad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adnan Uğursoy having to make a save. Vedat Sayrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgün Sayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute of the match İlbey Açıkgün shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vedat Sayrak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yetkiner Tükelalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vedat Sayrak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yetkiner Tükelalp ran back to his position shaking his head. Vedat Sayrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yetkiner Tükelalp in the 88th minute of play. Can Serdinç kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Caner Ahad was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Beyazit's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 91 played minutes Kocaelispor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Can Serdinç. 93 minutes into the match, Ercüment Ömür notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Kocaelispor Kulübü's Adnan Uğursoy. Adnan Uğursoy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kocaelispor Kulübü fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beyazit had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
