Demircan Öveç's late challenge caught a DeathHunter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Demircan Öveç was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Yalçın Erakıncı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cüneyd Dokuzoğlu having to interfere. The DeathHunter manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Bilkent to win.
