Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Olcay in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Muammer Eroğul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Muammer Eroğul successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Ahmet Gökalp Adsoy fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saimbeyli FK's protests and gave Ahmet Gökalp Adsoy a yellow card for diving instead. The Saimbeyli FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ilgin FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
