Ayvaz Cerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beşir Koçaslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Beşir Koçaslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Beşir Koçaslan sped through Konak Small Artillery's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ayvaz Cerme. Erzurumspor SK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
