After a defensive mix-up in Nevsehir SK's zone, Arif Ozan Sair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asrın Özkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Gaffar İdrisoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Nevsehir SK's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ozan Sair came free, but Asrın Özkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nevsehir SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! But to his dismay, Arif Ozan Sair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Nevsehir SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ceyhan were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Ozan Sair to make the kick off. Arif Ozan Sair got in the 70th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Asrın Özkurt handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Asrın Özkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Ozan Sair's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Gaffar İdrisoğlu in the 77th minute of play forced Nevsehir SK's goalkeeper Asrın Özkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Nevsehir SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arif Ozan Sair fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
