Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Müjdat Vefik kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Hadi Uğurel made a precise shot to the right of Fazlı Hurmacı. Cicekdagi JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9th match minute, İZMİRSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menderes Onurkan to maneuver through the defense. Fazlı Hurmacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macit Kantürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Karadeniz Gülerce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fazlı Hurmacı having to make a save. In the 21st minute, Öztürk Malkoçoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The İZMİRSPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zekai Denizhan kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Dinu Banu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fazlı Hurmacı came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu. But to his dismay, Öztürk Malkoçoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After the first half İZMİRSPOR were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macit Kantürk made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Cicekdagi JK got a freekick which was hit by Sabit Birdal. Hadi Uğurel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fazlı Hurmacı came out and tried to block the shot, but Hadi Uğurel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Cicekdagi JK booed when İZMİRSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Öztürk Malkoçoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Öztürk Malkoçoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İZMİRSPOR's Hadi Uğurel got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play, İZMİRSPOR's Öztürk Malkoçoğlu made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fazlı Hurmacı was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute Macit Kantürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fazlı Hurmacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabit Birdal kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When the match was over İZMİRSPOR could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cicekdagi JK throughout the match.
