Gökalp Ramazan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Vahap Rafiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vahap Rafiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Refik Çetiner in the 13th minute of the match. Gökalp Ramazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Refik Çetiner in the 25th minute of play forced Salih BOZOK SK's goalkeeper Vahap Rafiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Refik Çetiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahap Rafiz having to interfere. Bayram Akkoyun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vahap Rafiz having to make a save. Vahap Rafiz made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Gökalp Ramazan sent off a good shot on target. Vahap Rafiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökalp Ramazan in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Salih BOZOK SK's zone, Refik Çetiner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vahap Rafiz came out of the goal and Refik Çetiner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vahap Rafiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökalp Ramazan in the 39th minute. Gökalp Ramazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vahap Rafiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Izmirspor's Refik Çetiner, in the 46th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Izmirspor.

The Salih BOZOK SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vahap Rafiz should have stopped the shot. Salih BOZOK SK's Vahap Rafiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Refik Çetiner in the 92nd minute of play. Vahap Rafiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Refik Çetiner in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Izmirspor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Salih BOZOK SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
