The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the game, İlbey Tezkan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporte Sea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rize SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sporte Sea's İlbey Tezkan got a free kick in the 74th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rize SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! Paşa Erginer charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paşa Erginer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Atakan Ülküm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Akgün Elçi's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Sporte Sea defense, Akgün Elçi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atakan Ülküm. The Sporte Sea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atakan Ülküm should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Akgün Elçi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atakan Ülküm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
