After a defensive mix-up in Mamak JK's zone, Ceyhan Şanberk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erdi Canberk came out of the goal and Ceyhan Şanberk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gürhan Tuğcu during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Cihanbeyli FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürhan Tuğcu to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the match Baran Alp Tecik shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ali Ömer Çetinoz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tevfik Yazgan ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
