Selmi Sehriyar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sahinbey FK. The crowd rose to their feet as Sahinbey FK's Hüsmen Emiroğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Selmi Sehriyar. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Igdir JK's Selmi Sehriyar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Igdir JK from getting a goal against them. Kutluay Safir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anıl Ege Ünzil's late challenge caught a Sahinbey FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anıl Ege Ünzil helped the player get up and apologised. Anıl Ege Ünzil kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Rüştü Batıray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igdir JK's Selmi Sehriyar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Igdir JK from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Sahinbey FK's Kutluay Safir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Selmi Sehriyar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Çağlar Vahat took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ünal Sudi. Ünal Sudi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kutluay Safir got free with Selmi Sehriyar in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Igdir JK's goalkeeper Selmi Sehriyar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuz Selim Erten. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bora Akyazı in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ünal Sudi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Igdir JK's Selmi Sehriyar got control of the ball when Kutluay Safir tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Hüsmen Emiroğlu made a precise shot to the right of Selmi Sehriyar. Igdir JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Kutluay Safir in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Selmi Sehriyar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Igdir JK's Anıl Ege Ünzil got a free kick in the 60th minute. Rüştü Batıray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Selmi Sehriyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Yavuz Selim Erten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Selmi Sehriyar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute, Yavuz Selim Erten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sahinbey FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. The supporters of Sahinbey FK booed when Igdir JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naci Dilsafa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Hüsmen Emiroğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Selmi Sehriyar. Igdir JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hüsmen Emiroğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Kutluay Safir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igdir JK's Selmi Sehriyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsmen Emiroğlu in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Igdir JK's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Selim Erten came free, but Selmi Sehriyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sahinbey FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
