Kuddusî Servet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lütfü Sebil in the 35th minute of play. Derbent's Lütfi Onurad got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Vahap Boztepe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fenercell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derbent the free kick. Lütfi Onurad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuddusî Servet having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, fenercell's goalkeeper Kuddusî Servet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lütfi Onurad. Saruhan Cihaner charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saruhan Cihaner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes fenercell got a freekick which was hit by Saruhan Cihaner. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lütfü Sebil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes fenercell got a freekick which was hit by Erkin Tezcan. Lütfü Sebil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfi Onurad in the 74th minute of play forced fenercell's goalkeeper Kuddusî Servet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kuddusî Servet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lütfü Sebil, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 85 minutes into the game, fenercell's Vahap Boztepe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İlkan Taykoç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Lütfü Sebil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute.
