The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, F.B URGANLISPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Abay Sezgi came free, but Besim Uran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rüstem Usbey struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Besim Uran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KULA SK. After 12 played minutes KULA SK got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Tansan. The crowd rose to their feet as KULA SK's Rüstem Usbey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Besim Uran. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. In the 16th minute, Cevat Çinuçin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes KULA SK got a freekick which was hit by Gürel Benlioğlu. Besim Uran made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Peyami Rafih sent off a good shot on target. 2-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Abay Sezgi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Besim Uran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abay Sezgi in the 36th minute of play. F.B URGANLISPOR's Besim Uran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save F.B URGANLISPOR from getting a goal against them. Besim Uran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abay Sezgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, F.B URGANLISPOR's Besim Uran got control of the ball when Peyami Rafih tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Besim Uran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüstem Usbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in F.B URGANLISPOR's zone, Abay Sezgi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Besim Uran came out of the goal and Abay Sezgi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Abay Sezgi managed to get in a good position for a shot. KULA SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abay Sezgi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Besim Uran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 played minutes F.B URGANLISPOR got a freekick which was hit by Cesur Savni. Besim Uran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüstem Usbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Gürel Benlioğlu took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Besim Uran. Besim Uran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 78th minute, Rüstem Usbey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Besim Uran was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 83 minutes into the match, Rüstem Usbey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Besim Uran. F.B URGANLISPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rüstem Usbey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 88th minute Abay Sezgi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Besim Uran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rüstem Usbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. F.B URGANLISPOR's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
