With a little luck, Stronghold FC's Hakkı Onur Uluşahin got control of the ball when Mete Ulağ tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stronghold FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kandilli the free kick. Mete Ulağ had several of the Stronghold FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Hakkı Onur Uluşahin as he didn't even see the shot coming. Kandilli's Gökçen Kınıkaslan got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hakkı Onur Uluşahin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hatemi Hamurcuoğlu's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After the first half Stronghold FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, Stronghold FC's Alpay Pekşen threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sadri Biçim, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gökçen Kınıkaslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute.
