Cihat Yağınalp, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gölpazari SK! After a defensive mix-up in Gölpazari SK's zone, Haluk Özguven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Ege Cumhur came out of the goal and Haluk Özguven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haluk Özguven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ege Cumhur having to interfere. Sezgin Kutsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ahmet Ege Cumhur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haluk Özguven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ege Cumhur having to interfere. Gölpazari SK's Ahmet Ege Cumhur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haluk Özguven in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Haluk Özguven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sezgin Kutsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ahmet Ege Cumhur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haluk Özguven in the 39th minute of play forced Gölpazari SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Ege Cumhur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Ege Cumhur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezgin Kutsel in the 40th minute of play. Olympos's Tanju Ülgener proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Olympos from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Sezgin Kutsel made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Ali Atıf Şahtürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gölpazari SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Atıf Şahtürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanju Ülgener breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Ferit Yağızer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanju Ülgener having to make a save. Mehmet Ferit Yağızer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanju Ülgener having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Sezgin Kutsel rounded Gölpazari SK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. 72 minutes into the match, Gölpazari SK's Ali Atıf Şahtürk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tanju Ülgener narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Haluk Özguven came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Olympos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haluk Özguven couldn't finish the play. If Ali Atıf Şahtürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haluk Özguven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olympos's Sezgin Kutsel got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd match minute, Olympos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamit Abdulhakimoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Tanju Ülgener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Ferit Yağızer in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Olympos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
