In the 12th minute of the match, Hıncal Revnak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet Asım Cansun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hıncal Revnak struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ahmet Asım Cansun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palu. 18 minutes into the match, Toruk Makto's goal looked a bit too open when Hıncal Revnak came free, but Ahmet Asım Cansun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toruk Makto's Ahmet Asım Cansun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Toruk Makto from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Toruk Makto's Çelikan Tokgöz got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Ender Bolat sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Toruk Makto's Ahmet Asım Cansun didn't even have to move. In the 24th minute, Şentürk Sevimli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, Toruk Makto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emin Kemalettin to maneuver through the defense. Nadir Başay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ahmet Asım Cansun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Feridun Kelim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bektaş Kutan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Şentürk Sevimli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toruk Makto the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 46th minute, Toruk Makto's Arın Taykurt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arın Taykurt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Toruk Makto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arın Taykurt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiz Tuğkun was the one to do the kick off. 63 minutes into the game, Hıncal Revnak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ahmet Asım Cansun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Toruk Makto booed when Palu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nadir Başay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Toruk Makto's Emin Kemalettin got a free kick in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Toruk Makto's goal looked a bit too open when Nadir Başay came free, but Ahmet Asım Cansun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
