In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tirebolu SK's goalkeeper Bayram Yiğit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bayram Yiğit came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Usak's Mehmet Osman Tapgaç. But to his dismay, Mehmet Osman Tapgaç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vedat Demirman made a kick off. Şerif Cihangir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Demirman, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Usak booed when Tirebolu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykut Aktaç didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Tirebolu SK's Bayram Yiğit got control of the ball when Mehmet Osman Tapgaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tirebolu SK's Bayram Yiğit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Tirebolu SK from getting a goal against them. The Tirebolu SK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Usak to win.
