Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ataman Nedim got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tayfun Özsen in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güral Vahdet saved Kovancilar from getting behind. Güral Vahdet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tayfun Özsen's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Ataman Nedim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Kovancilar getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Arcan Boztepe hit a great ball. Tevfik Engiays short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Özer Kani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tevfik Engiay sped through Corum's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özer Kani. If Ferdi Toktuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 played minutes Kovancilar got a freekick which was hit by Mahsun Özerk. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayfun Özsen in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güral Vahdet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Güral Vahdet managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Corum's Ferdi Toktuğ fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 65 minutes into the match, Corum's goal looked a bit too open when Ataman Nedim came free, but Özer Kani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corum's Tayfun Özsen got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tayfun Özsen struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Güral Vahdet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corum. In the 90th minute, Mehmet Çağrı Dalmaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kovancilar had won after a very even match.
