Spectators: 7035 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1625, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Murathan Durak kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Batıhan Cenap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güntekin Kayrar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murathan Durak in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güntekin Kayrar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zonguldak Kömür Spor's Batıray Tanırcan got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamit Akça placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 14th minute, Tansel Harzemşah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batıhan Cenap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Güntekin Kayrar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Batıhan Cenap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Güntekin Kayrar. Zonguldak Kömür Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Batıhan Cenap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Güntekin Kayrar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murathan Durak in the 31st minute of play. Mustafa Emrah Serbülend's late challenge caught a Zonguldak Kömür Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Emrah Serbülend helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zonguldak Kömür Spor booed when Universe F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emrah Serbülend didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Batıhan Cenap managed to get in a good position for a shot. Universe F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Batıhan Cenap was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güntekin Kayrar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Güntekin Kayrar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murathan Durak in the 45th minute of the match. Güntekin Kayrar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murathan Durak in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giray Orkut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Giray Orkut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zonguldak Kömür Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giray Orkut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Murathan Durak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Murathan Durak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güntekin Kayrar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 63rd minute when Murathan Durak elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Murathan Durak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güntekin Kayrar was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Universe F.C.'s Erdem Dilşad shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Güntekin Kayrar but with some difficulty. Zonguldak Kömür Spor's Özgür Yordam got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Giray Orkut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zonguldak Kömür Spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Universe F.C. the free kick. Özgür Yordam kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Erdem Dilşad sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zonguldak Kömür Spor's Güntekin Kayrar didn't even have to move. Özgür Yordam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Universe F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
