Temel Akalın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veysel Tuncal in the 17th minute of play. Akşemseddin Hepyener kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Nurtekin Nafiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acigöl's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave İstifan FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Acigöl's Nurtekin Nafiz got a free kick in the 19th minute. Hafız Tunçdağ's late challenge caught a Acigöl's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hafız Tunçdağ helped the player get up and apologised. 44 minutes into the match, İstifan FC's goalkeeper Alperen Acarer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kerimhan Vefalı. Günay Özver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alperen Acarer having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Günay Özver stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Menderes Sözmen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. The supporters of İstifan FC booed when Acigöl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Menderes Sözmen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Günay Özver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Alperen Acarer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozan Şahan in the 64th minute of play forced İstifan FC's goalkeeper Alperen Acarer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kerimhan Vefalı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alperen Acarer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nurtekin Nafiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alperen Acarer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nurtekin Nafiz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute, Günay Özver left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acigöl fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
