The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Behlül Yücelay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orta JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Behlül Yücelay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Yaşar Maksum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If İrfan Mürşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Bedri Oğuzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Orta JK's Emran Eyüpoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Yaşar Maksum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Müfit Mazlum was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fikri Çevikcan. Ahmet Boran Önel took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Müfit Mazlum. Müfit Mazlum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 37 played minutes, FC KAVAKLI's Şemsettin Kongur shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Müfit Mazlum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC KAVAKLI reached it. Evren Sabi kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Şemsettin Kongur sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müfit Mazlum skillfully saved the ball. Müfit Mazlum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şeray Ayberk in the 47th minute of the match. A long shot from Orhan Veli Ayvazoğlu in the 48th minute of play was well struck, but Müfit Mazlum made a really good save at the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ahmet Boran Önel made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Boran Önel in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Müfit Mazlum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Orta JK's zone, İrfan Mürşit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Müfit Mazlum came out of the goal and İrfan Mürşit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ahmet Boran Önel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, FC KAVAKLI's goal looked a bit too open when Behlül Yücelay came free, but Mustafa Yaşar Maksum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC KAVAKLI's İrfan Mürşit in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orta JK's goalie prevented a goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, FC KAVAKLI's goalkeeper Mustafa Yaşar Maksum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emran Eyüpoğlu. FC KAVAKLI's Mustafa Yaşar Maksum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC KAVAKLI from getting a goal against them. Orhan Veli Ayvazoğlu's late challenge caught a Orta JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orhan Veli Ayvazoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, FC KAVAKLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orhan Veli Ayvazoğlu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC KAVAKLI's Mustafa Yaşar Maksum got control of the ball when Emran Eyüpoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emran Eyüpoğlu got free with Mustafa Yaşar Maksum in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Orta JK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
