Ercan Gaza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arif Bilge Sertaç went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Erzurum Spor FK's Arif Bilge Sertaç got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aziz Onatsu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Serter Kaan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ercan Gaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Bilge Sertaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Bilge Sertaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ercan Gaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kürşat Ahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ertunç Vasfi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Ercan Gaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kürşat Ahi in the 51st minute of play. If Kürşat Ahi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kürşat Ahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Kürşat Ahi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ercan Gaza. The goal made the score 1-2. After having played for 60 minutes, Arif Bilge Sertaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erzurum Spor FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arif Bilge Sertaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kürşat Ahi in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercan Gaza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kürşat Ahi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ercan Gaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ercan Gaza came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Erzurum Spor FK's Arif Bilge Sertaç. But to his dismay, Arif Bilge Sertaç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Kürşat Ahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Arif Bilge Sertaç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erzurum Spor FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abdulkadir Pekin in the 86th minute. Erzurum Spor FK's Abdulkadir Pekin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ercan Gaza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 92 minutes into the match, Erzurum Spor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Onatsu came free, but Serter Kaan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
