Seferihisar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mersin the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Seferihisar's zone, Bozkurt Talut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hidayet Sezmen came out of the goal and Bozkurt Talut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Atacan İmge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atacan İmge made a kick off. Bozkurt Talut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hidayet Sezmen having to make a save. Mustafa Anıl Seha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferman Şah having to interfere. Ferman Şah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Anıl Seha in the 70th minute. Mustafa Hamit Berat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
