An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Selim Eker in the 4th minute of play forced Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's goalkeeper Arif Tugay Rekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ertaç Yarkın kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Serter Dağdelen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Tugay Rekin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Hacı Uğursay hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Gencalp Onguner notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's Arif Tugay Rekin. Arif Tugay Rekin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gencalp Onguner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's Arif Tugay Rekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencalp Onguner in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's Sungurhan Tunç ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan. Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Arif Tugay Rekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Kenan Yıldız in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu booed when Babadag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serter Dağdelen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sungurhan Tunç got free with Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st match minute, Babadag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Keyfer to maneuver through the defense. Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's Arif Tugay Rekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencalp Onguner in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu got a freekick which was hit by Hacı Uğursay. 42 minutes into the game, Babadag's Gencalp Onguner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Tugay Rekin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half Babadag were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Babadag getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. İsmail Keyfer hit a great ball. Zeki Dursunali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Hakkı Kenan Yıldız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babadag's supporters rose to their feet, but Hakkı Kenan Yıldız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Tugay Rekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 played minutes Babadag got a freekick which was hit by Murat Selim Eker. In the 65th minute of the match Sebati Salikbey sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Tugay Rekin skillfully saved the ball. Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeki Dursunali in the 67th minute of play. Zeki Dursunali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan having to make a save. 75 minutes into the match, Gencalp Onguner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Tugay Rekin. Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gencalp Onguner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Sungurhan Tunç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Tugay Rekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gencalp Onguner in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu booed when Babadag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şerafettin Durak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Hazım Parsbay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Sungurhan Tunç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Yeşilhisar İdman Yurdu got a freekick which was hit by Hacı Uğursay.
