Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ertuğrul Tulun started the match with the kick off. Duran Korcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in AC AHMETAGA's zone, Duran Korcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Özilter came out of the goal and Duran Korcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, AC AHMETAGA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Duran Korcan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. AC AHMETAGA's Birsel Özilter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duran Korcan in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Duran Korcan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of AC AHMETAGA's Birsel Özilter. Birsel Özilter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duran Korcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, AC AHMETAGA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Duran Korcan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 18th minute Onurhan Ensar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saip Tugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duran Korcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Birsel Özilter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gazanfer Özcan Taygun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. With a little luck, AC AHMETAGA's Birsel Özilter got control of the ball when Asrın Taybars tried to sneak it across the goal line. Asrın Taybars might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birsel Özilter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asrın Taybars ran back to his position shaking his head. Asrın Taybars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 35 minutes, Güvenç Ocakoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC AHMETAGA and the Thrace SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes AC AHMETAGA got a freekick which was hit by Güvenç Ocakoğlu. When Duran Korcan came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Thrace SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duran Korcan couldn't finish the play. When Thrace SK's Namık Tuğaltay in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC AHMETAGA's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duran Korcan in the 44th minute of play forced AC AHMETAGA's goalkeeper Birsel Özilter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Thrace SK's Asrın Taybars slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Birsel Özilter. That made the score 2-1 after 47 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Duran Korcan to make the kick off. Asrın Taybars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Özilter having to interfere. Birsel Özilter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asrın Taybars's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Birsel Özilter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asrın Taybars in the 71st minute of play. Gazanfer Özcan Taygun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Birsel Özilter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. If Namık Tuğaltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güvenç Ocakoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Güvenç Ocakoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Namık Tuğaltay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Özilter having to interfere. Gazanfer Özcan Taygun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Özilter having to interfere. Asrın Taybars struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Birsel Özilter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thrace SK. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Namık Tuğaltay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thrace SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Namık Tuğaltay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Birsel Özilter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Asrın Taybars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Özilter having to interfere. When Thrace SK's Asrın Taybars in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC AHMETAGA's goalie prevented a goal. Batur Karahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saip Tugal having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Thrace SK got a freekick which was hit by Asrın Taybars. After a defensive mix-up in AC AHMETAGA's zone, Duran Korcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Özilter came out of the goal and Duran Korcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asrın Taybars in the 98th minute of play forced AC AHMETAGA's goalkeeper Birsel Özilter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Thrace SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
