Köksal Ramazanoğulları kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, AC AHMETAGA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aykut Canfer to maneuver through the defense. After 13 minutes AC AHMETAGA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serter Dağdelen who took care of the corner kick. When Murat Selim Eker fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Babadag's protests and gave Murat Selim Eker a yellow card for diving instead. Murat Selim Eker kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AC AHMETAGA's zone, Gencalp Onguner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Özilter came out of the goal and Gencalp Onguner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, AC AHMETAGA's Onurhan Ensar got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Murat Selim Eker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ertuğrul Tulun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birsel Özilter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencalp Onguner in the 35th minute of play. In the 44th minute Hakkı Kenan Yıldız shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birsel Özilter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ertuğrul Tulun to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in AC AHMETAGA's zone, Hakkı Kenan Yıldız stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Özilter came out of the goal and Hakkı Kenan Yıldız tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birsel Özilter came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Babadag's Gencalp Onguner. But to his dismay, Gencalp Onguner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. AC AHMETAGA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Hakkı Kenan Yıldız scored to the left of an out of position Birsel Özilter, making the score, 0-2. 70 minutes into the match, AC AHMETAGA's goalkeeper Birsel Özilter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gencalp Onguner. Namık Kemal Verim hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Hakkı Kenan Yıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Babadag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Keyfer to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Batur Karahan in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Hasan Uğurtan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hakkı Kenan Yıldız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, AC AHMETAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Kenan Yıldız came free, but Birsel Özilter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onurhan Ensar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Babadag played a much better game than AC AHMETAGA and deserved their victory. The AC AHMETAGA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
