Gülnar SK's Saadettin İltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göktan Usman in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Gülnar SK's Erdoğan Uralp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yakup Kadri Saye narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Özgür Özgurcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Özgür Özgurcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yakup Kadri Saye was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erenay Tuğbay. After 17 minutes, Cumali Sadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gülnar SK and the Osmangazi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cumali Sadi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Gülnar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aykan Kökten to maneuver through the defense. Cumali Sadi was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Cumali Sadi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Göktan Usman took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin İltan. Saadettin İltan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Göktan Usman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ant Kayıhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osmangazi FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ant Kayıhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saadettin İltan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ant Kayıhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saadettin İltan having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Göktan Usman made the kick off in the second half. Özgür Özgurcan struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Yakup Kadri Saye didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gülnar SK. If Özgür Özgurcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Osmangazi FK's Abdurrahman Sıraç got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Erdoğan Uralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saadettin İltan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Vefik Şinasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 minutes of play, Gülnar SK's Özgür Özgurcan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Gülnar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Göktan Usman came free, but Saadettin İltan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Göktan Usman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osmangazi FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göktan Usman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Gülnar SK's goalkeeper Saadettin İltan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ant Kayıhan. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
