Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Emre İsmihan in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nazil Selahaddin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Edremit got a freekick which was hit by Hayrullah Dilercan. The crowd rose to their feet as Mehmet Emre İsmihan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nazil Selahaddin. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match, Gürcan Akboğa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nazil Selahaddin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nazil Selahaddin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şafak Çiftçioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Mehmet Emre İsmihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazil Selahaddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kamuran Özaltın was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gürcan Akboğa managed to get in a good position for a shot. VAKFIKEBİR MARNA SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Gürcan Akboğa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nazil Selahaddin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But to his dismay, Mehmet Emre İsmihan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 82nd minute, Şafak Çiftçioğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Edremit's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Emre İsmihan came free, but Nazil Selahaddin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VAKFIKEBİR MARNA SPOR walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
