With an all-out effort, Derbent JK's Basri Cebe threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Duran Rukni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Aşık in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derbent JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basri Cebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 23 played minutes Rewk got a freekick which was hit by Cuma Sadir. In the 27thth minute of the game Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rewk's Basri Cebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şükrü Eslem kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 35th of the match, Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Basri Cebe got in the way and made a wonderful save. 38 minutes into the match, Rewk's goalkeeper Basri Cebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şükrü Eslem. If Şükrü Eslem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rewk getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cuma Sadir hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ata Şam to strike the kick off in the second half. Çağan Polatkan hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Basri Cebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu in the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şükrü Eslem in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basri Cebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ata Şam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Duran Rukni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vehdi Alansoy charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vehdi Alansoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Rewk got a freekick which was hit by Vehdi Alansoy. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şükrü Eslem in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basri Cebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute Şükrü Eslem suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rewk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Rewk's zone, Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basri Cebe came out of the goal and Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basri Cebe saved Rewk from getting behind. If Doğan Bayramoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 minutes, Aytaç Ülkem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rewk and the Derbent JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 87 minutes into the game, one of Rewk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 93 minutes into the match, Derbent JK's Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basri Cebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mustafa Emre Akyazıcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Doğan Bayramoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Derbent JK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
