When Kepez FK's Ceyhun İlhanoğlu in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FENERBAHÇE's goalie prevented a goal. Emin Şimşek scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İnanç Ökmen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Sümer Ceri managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when FENERBAHÇE's Yağızhan Bekir fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Muammer Kınık charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muammer Kınık the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yağızhan Bekir in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sümer Ceri saved Kepez FK from getting behind. Sümer Ceri came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by FENERBAHÇE's Yağızhan Bekir. But to his dismay, Yağızhan Bekir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Yağızhan Bekir struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sümer Ceri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE. Hayyam Şanlı kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Kepez FK booed when FENERBAHÇE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fazıl Demirhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sancarbey Toktamış came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kepez FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sancarbey Toktamış couldn't finish the play. Yağızhan Bekir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Behlül Horasanlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İnanç Ökmen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emin Şimşek in the 42nd minute of play forced FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper İnanç Ökmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kerem Dilsafa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sümer Ceri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yağızhan Bekir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sümer Ceri was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yağızhan Bekir was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Kerem Dilsafa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Peyami Şahbender shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İnanç Ökmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emin Şimşek hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peyami Şahbender in the 65th minute of play forced FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper İnanç Ökmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yağızhan Bekir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sümer Ceri having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Ahmet Davut Mücahit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kepez FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FENERBAHÇE the free kick. The supporters of FENERBAHÇE booed when Kepez FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Davut Mücahit didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Yağızhan Bekir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sümer Ceri was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. İnanç Ökmen made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ceyhun İlhanoğlu sent off a good shot on target. İnanç Ökmen came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Kepez FK's Ceyhun İlhanoğlu. But to his dismay, Ceyhun İlhanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Kerem Dilsafa fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FENERBAHÇE's protests and gave Kerem Dilsafa a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes FENERBAHÇE got a freekick which was hit by Kerem Dilsafa. 85 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper İnanç Ökmen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceyhun İlhanoğlu. The supporters of Kepez FK booed when FENERBAHÇE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hayyam Şanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peyami Şahbender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. İnanç Ökmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Peyami Şahbender kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving İnanç Ökmen. That made the score 1-3 in the 93 minute of play. In the 97th minute Kerem Dilsafa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sümer Ceri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FENERBAHÇE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kepez FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Kepez FK.
