Spectators: 7144 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tansel Palabıyık got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Akgün Ulu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serter Sözmen, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 7 minutes, Sami Mübarek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cumaova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sami Mübarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tansel Palabıyık's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Turgut Yasin was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 16th minute, Hazar Taylan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serter Sözmen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akgün Ulu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Korkut Yavuzcan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Tansel Palabıyık managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cumaova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tansel Palabıyık was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Cumaova got a freekick which was hit by Sezen Uluman. Akgün Ulu struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Serter Sözmen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kocaeli idman yurdu. Cumaova's attack was well implemented in the 35th minute, but when Sami Mübarek was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Sami Mübarek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kocaeli idman yurdu's Turgut Yasin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tansel Palabıyık in the 40th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Sezen Uluman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cumaova and the Kocaeli idman yurdu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Cumaova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezen Uluman to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cumaova's zone, Hazar Taylan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serter Sözmen came out of the goal and Hazar Taylan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 54th minute Tansel Palabıyık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgut Yasin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Hazar Taylan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kocaeli idman yurdu's supporters rose to their feet, but Hazar Taylan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serter Sözmen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sami Mübarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akgün Ulu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Serter Sözmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Kocaeli idman yurdu's goalkeeper Turgut Yasin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sami Mübarek. Serter Sözmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hazar Taylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Sami Mübarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Turgut Yasin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kocaeli idman yurdu's zone, Tansel Palabıyık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Turgut Yasin came out of the goal and Tansel Palabıyık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. From a short distance, Cumaova's Tansel Palabıyık, in the 87th minute, tried to place the ball behind Turgut Yasin, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. In the 90thth minute of the game Tansel Palabıyık who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kocaeli idman yurdu's Turgut Yasin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Sami Mübarek could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Turgut Yasin however easily saved by the left post. Cumaova's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
