Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anıl Arda Zeren kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sermet Nurbaki in the 5th minute of play forced Koru FK's goalkeeper Gürsel Akyol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kılıç Genişyürek hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 11 minutes, Kılıç Genişyürek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Koru FK and the Galatasaray players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Kılıç Genişyürek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Selahaddin Cangiray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gürsel Akyol. Koru FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Selahaddin Cangiray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Anıl Arda Zeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sermet Nurbaki kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Koru FK defense, Kunter Uçanok kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gürsel Akyol. The Koru FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gürsel Akyol should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Koru FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fethi Perva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Mehmet Hakkı Şanlı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gürsel Akyol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Ötüken in the 42nd minute of play forced Koru FK's goalkeeper Gürsel Akyol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürsel Akyol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Ötüken, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Fethi Perva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bulut Hozatlı having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Hakan Ötüken stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gürsel Akyol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hakan Ötüken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hürkan Yenal's late challenge caught a Galatasaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hürkan Yenal helped the player get up and apologised. Hürkan Yenal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match, Mustafa Hakan Ötüken tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gürsel Akyol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anıl Arda Zeren took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bulut Hozatlı. Bulut Hozatlı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Kunter Uçanok could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gürsel Akyol made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Arda Zeren came free, but Bulut Hozatlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürsel Akyol acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mehmet Hakkı Şanlı. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Anıl Arda Zeren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koru FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Arda Zeren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bulut Hozatlı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Koru FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıç Genişyürek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gürsel Akyol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sermet Nurbaki in the 77th minute of the match. Gürsel Akyol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sermet Nurbaki in the 80th minute. Fethi Perva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Bulut Hozatlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Macit Sungun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the game, Sermet Nurbaki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gürsel Akyol. Sermet Nurbaki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Koru FK's Anıl Arda Zeren got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
