Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nazil Hanedan to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Abdullatif Bedih managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nisantasi JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdullatif Bedih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saruhan Mert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saruhan Mert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdullatif Bedih in the 59th minute of the match. Fikret Dervişoğlu struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Saruhan Mert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nisantasi JK. Ardahan Altıncığlu charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ardahan Altıncığlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Çaykur Rizespor booed when Nisantasi JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardahan Altıncığlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Nisantasi JK's Tansel Aurelio got control of the ball when Mahmut Yoruk tried to sneak it across the goal line.
