With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ant Yoran in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arda Baybars Hüryaşar saved Cimbom Oldboys from getting behind. After 7 played minutes Cimbom Oldboys got a freekick which was hit by Tan Çinuçin. If Turabi Cumali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakut Yavuzcan's late challenge caught a Şıkır Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yakut Yavuzcan helped the player get up and apologised. Arın Taybars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 38 minutes, Nurkan Cihanmert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şıkır Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nurkan Cihanmert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nurkan Cihanmert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arda Baybars Hüryaşar having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Tan Çinuçin made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Şıkır Team's Osman Nuri Şahinoğlu got a free kick in the 51st minute. Cimbom Oldboys's Arın Taybars got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cimbom Oldboys's Arda Baybars Hüryaşar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ant Yoran in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Ant Yoran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şıkır Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ant Yoran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Şıkır Team's zone, Tan Çinuçin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kerim Tanzer came out of the goal and Tan Çinuçin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Ant Yoran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Şıkır Team got a freekick which was hit by Serhan Budun. Aşık Zirve took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kerim Tanzer. Şıkır Team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aydın Atatuğ lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Şıkır Team! In the 77th minute, Turabi Cumali made a precise shot to the right of Arda Baybars Hüryaşar. Cimbom Oldboys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Şıkır Team's Kerim Tanzer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Şıkır Team from getting a goal against them.
